DevOps / SRE Engineer

You'd be our first hire. You'll work alongside 3 co-founders building the post-cloud platform: open source, reversible, sovereign. Expect 70% build, 30% run.
What you'll do
Platform & Catalogue
- Deploy and maintain an open source application catalogue on Kubernetes
- Package applications as production-ready Helm charts
- Automate CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI and BuildKit
- Build observability and control tools for clients
Orchestration & Interconnection
- Design multi-tenant orchestration on Kubernetes
- Implement smart interconnection between application stacks (ERP, BI, CRM)
- Set up automatic scaling and high availability
- Manage PostgreSQL in production (CNPG, backups, tuning)
Micro-Datacenters & Security
- Industrialize micro-DC deployment at client sites (plug & play servers)
- Set up zero trust network architecture
- Layer our defense-in-depth strategy
- Help build AI-driven defensive security on top of XDR
Stack
Must-have
- 3-5 years of experience in DevOps / SRE
- Kubernetes: deployment, troubleshooting, Helm
- Proxmox VE or KVM virtualisation
- CI/CD: GitLab CI or equivalent
- PostgreSQL in production
- Linux: advanced system administration
- Network security: firewalling, segmentation, hardening
- Scripting and development: ability to code automation tools
- Post-mortem culture and incident management
- Developer eXperience mindset
Nice-to-have
- Ceph or distributed storage
- Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Mimir
- Rust
- Zero trust networking
- XDR and endpoint security
