Account creation
To use certain of our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. Subscriptions and payments
Bunker offers different subscription plans to meet the varied needs of our users. By subscribing to one of our paid services, you accept the payment terms specified at the time of subscription. All payments are due in advance and are non-refundable, unless otherwise indicated by applicable law or our specific terms.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you will continue to have access to paid services until the end of the current billing period.
Termination
You can terminate your Bunker account at any time via your user space. Bunker reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms or if we have reasonable grounds to believe that your use of our platform is harmful to other users or our business interests.
In case of termination, you will no longer be able to access your account and all associated data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bunker and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including data loss, business interruption, or any other financial damage.
Modification of services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services at any time, with or without notice. We will do our best to inform our users in the event of significant changes that could affect access to or use of the services.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed and interpreted in accordance with European laws. In case of dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of Nantes, unless otherwise provided by law.
