- General Terms and Conditions of Service, version 1 (23 December 2025). First version. Agreement applicable to hosting and managed services, separate from the website terms of use.
- Service Level Agreement, version 1 (23 December 2025). First version. Availability targets for each plan, measurement method, exclusions and service credits, which become the only compensation for unavailability.
- Shared Responsibility Annex, version 1 (23 December 2025). First version. For each managed service, what falls to Bunker and what falls to the Customer.
- Data Processing Agreement, version 2 (23 December 2025). Attached to the General Terms and Conditions of Service. Breach notification (article 11): time limit extended from 48 to 72 hours, counted from the moment the breach is established with reasonable certainty rather than from becoming aware of it; channel specified, without any admission of liability. Cost of assistance specified (article 6.12). Single court (article 17). Annex 2 rewritten on the measures actually in place. Log retention aligned on a single duration.
