Frequently asked questions
Are the signatures legally valid?
DocuSeal produces advanced electronic signatures (AES) in PDF, within the eIDAS framework, suited to the vast majority of contracts. For documents that require a qualified signature equivalent to a handwritten one, integration with a qualified trust service provider is needed.
Can I integrate it with our apps?
Yes, through a REST API and webhooks, with React, Vue and Angular components. The template editor is drag-and-drop.
Where are the documents stored?
On European servers operated by Bunker. Your documents and their evidence stay on the continent.
