Can I integrate it with our tools?

Where is the data hosted?
On European servers operated by Bunker. Your company data stays on the continent.
Will my integrator get SSH access?
No. There is no shell access to the platform: fewer handling errors, and nobody wonders who is accountable when something breaks. In the managed services offer, the integrator gets targeted actions instead (restart, read logs, manage backups), with named and logged access.
How does my integrator access the logs?
Access to application logs is one of the targeted actions scoped in the managed services offer. It tells you whether a problem comes from the code or the infrastructure before you open a ticket.
Can we get a copy of production for staging?
Yes, in the managed services offer. The copy is restored into an isolated staging environment, then cleanup scripts run before restart: outgoing email cut off, scheduled actions suspended. You replay your imports and data flows with no risk to real recipients.
Who decides to restore production?
The client, and only the client. The integrator helps pick the restore point, and Bunker runs the restore after an explicit go-ahead. The database is backed up daily with continuous transaction log archiving, which allows point-in-time recovery over 30 days.
Who applies security patches?
Patches to Odoo and its modules are the integrator's, applied autonomously. Infrastructure patches (system, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, certificates) are Bunker's.
How does a deployment from my integrator's CI work?
The integrator builds and tests their image in their own CI. That exact image is what gets deployed: Bunker does not rebuild it. A pipeline trigger deploys it to staging first, then to production on the date the client approves. The infrastructure repository stays read-only for developers. This setup is part of the managed services offer, on quote.
Who handles the Odoo version upgrade?
The integrator handles the application upgrade (migration, module adaptation, acceptance testing) and the client signs it off. Bunker handles infrastructure upgrades. Both consult each other before acting.
