Replace your US SaaS with open-source hosted in Europe
Every SaaS tool you pay for by usage has an open-source equivalent that we deploy and operate for you, in Europe. You keep the same features, you take back control of your data, and you can bring everything back in-house whenever you decide.
The legal risk of US tools
A US-based software vendor stays subject to US law, even when its servers sit in Europe.
The 2018 CLOUD Act lets US authorities obtain, through a court warrant, data held by a company subject to US law, wherever that data is stored, including a European data centre. Separately, Section 702 of FISA lets US intelligence agencies collect, without an individual warrant, the communications of people located outside the United States by compelling US-based providers to cooperate. No contract clause neutralises those statutes.
On the European side, the 2020 Schrems II ruling struck down the Privacy Shield and required real safeguards for any transfer of personal data to the United States. Regulators have since found common US analytics tools to breach the GDPR. The Data Privacy Framework that replaced it in 2023 faces a pending annulment action before the General Court of the EU, and stays exposed to another invalidation.
As long as a tool depends on a vendor subject to US law, you carry a compliance risk that standard contract clauses and a data centre in Frankfurt do not close on their own. Moving to an open-source equivalent hosted in Europe fixes it at the source.

What "managed" means here
For each service we install the open-source software, host it on our cloud in Europe, keep it updated, back it up and monitor it. You use it like a SaaS, with no machine to run.
The real difference is portability. The code is open-source, your data is yours, and you can bring the service back to your own servers whenever you want. You do not swap a US lock-in for a European one.
Why move to a sovereign alternative
- Servers physically in Europe, operated by a European company.
- A European company, outside the scope of the US CLOUD Act and FISA.
- No subcontracting to a US hyperscaler.
- Re-internalizable: you can bring the service back onto your own servers.
Frequently asked questions
Is an open-source alternative as good as a paid US tool?
Matomo, Odoo, Grafana and Vaultwarden are mature tools used by large organisations worldwide. You rarely lose features, and you gain control of your data and the freedom to leave.
Is my data really out of reach of the CLOUD Act?
The service is hosted in Europe and operated by an EU company, with no US parent or ownership. Unlike a US provider, it is not directly subject to the CLOUD Act, which targets companies governed by US law.
What happens if I want to leave?
Because the software is open-source, you export your data and reinstall the service elsewhere, including on your own servers. No proprietary format, no exit fee.
How much does it cost compared to the US tool?
Billing is monthly and the price is shown on each service page. It is often cheaper at scale, and without the hidden bill of a GDPR breach.
Who installs and maintains the service?
We do. Deployment, updates, backups and monitoring are included. You have no infrastructure to manage.
Can I replace a tool that is not in the list?
Yes. Tell us which one: if a solid open-source equivalent exists, we deploy it and host it in Europe.
An open-source tool to deploy in Europe?
Tell us what you want to replace. We deploy it, host it in Europe and maintain it.
