Article 2 Acceptable use
By using the website, you agree not to:
- use it for illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes;
- attempt to compromise its security, integrity or availability, outside the framework of our responsible disclosure policy;
- send unsolicited messages or offensive content through its forms;
- extract its content automatically and on a large scale without our prior written consent.
Article 3 Scope of the content
Commercial pages, documentation and the trust center describe our offers and practices for information purposes. Only the contractual documents listed in article 3 of the General Terms and Conditions of Service bind Bunker.
Article 4 Intellectual property
The content of the website (text, illustrations, logos, trademarks) belongs to France Nuage SAS or its partners. Reproduction is prohibited without permission, except where an open licence is indicated.
Article 5 Liability
Bunker takes care to keep the information on the website accurate but cannot rule out every error or omission. It is not responsible for the content of third-party websites the website links to. The liability of Bunker for the Services falls under article 15 of the General Terms and Conditions of Service.

Data processing related to the website is described in the privacy policy.
Article 7 Changes to these Terms of Use
Any new version of these Terms of Use is numbered, dated and archived at a permanent address (version history). It applies from its effective date, never to earlier facts.
Article 8 Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute between merchants relating to these Terms of Use is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of La Roche-sur-Yon (France). Other disputes fall under the courts designated by law.
