Our infrastructure uses open source technologies (Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, etc.). Some of our tools are also open source on GitLab.

Do You Offer SLAs?​

The Startup and Enterprise plans have a monthly availability target, not a guaranteed result. Its value, how it is measured, its exclusions and the service credits granted when it is missed are set by our service level agreement. The Autonomous plan has none.

How Does Support Work?​

  • Free: Documentation and community
  • Pro: email and ticket, on business days; our service level agreement sets no response time
  • Enterprise: Dedicated support, phone

Security​

Is My Data Encrypted?​

Yes, your data is encrypted:

  • In transit (TLS 1.3)
  • At rest on the storage layer (AES-256)

Are You GDPR Compliant?​

Yes, Bunker is 100% GDPR compliant. Your data stays in Europe under European jurisdiction.

Do You Offer MFA?​

Yes, multi-factor authentication is available for all plans and mandatory for Pro and Enterprise plans.
